This document is meant to show the strength of the Collaborative (as a whole and individually) and will be a two sided handout with logos, contact information, HIT blurb, and recent successes with links that signify strength of the Collaborative (i.e. ONC-ACTB and CCHIT certification, Challenge grantees, and S&I Framework TOC/LTPAC work).

Additionally, we will have a laptop available to be able to quickly show the Roadmap and collect names/emails of those interested in receiving additional information on our work and the Summit. If all else fails, we will also have a fish bowl to collect business cards.
